It's not symmetrical, so it must go in the right way round.
NUK's Signature dummy uses the brand's long-running heart-shaped teat, which flattens slightly on the tongue side rather than being fully symmetrical like the MAM or Tommee Tippee designs — NUK's pitch is that this anatomical curve mimics a mother's nipple shape more closely during breastfeeding, supporting healthy oral development. It's one of the cheapest options here, regularly available at UK supermarkets for close to a fiver, and comes with a plastic carry case that's microwave-safe for sterilising.
