The Peach 7 Double is iCandy's flagship answer to the sibling problem: it starts life as a single-seat pushchair and converts, within the same chassis footprint, into a full tandem double when a second baby arrives — so if you're planning ahead for a second child rather than buying for twins immediately, you only need one chassis rather than two separate buggies. That tandem, front-to-back layout keeps the fold width down to around 61cm, noticeably narrower than the Out n About Nipper Double's side-by-side 71cm, but the trade-off is that the rear child sits lower and further back, generally getting a less social view of the world than they would side-by-side.

Against the Bugaboo Donkey 5 Twin, the Peach 7 Double is the more car-friendly option for many parents — its all-in-one-footprint design means you're not managing a wider Donkey chassis for a single-child errand, and the carrycot converts to a permanent overnight sleeping space, useful for close-together siblings. Both are premium-priced and both use adaptors to carry car seats from birth, but the Peach's single-to-double conversion is the more distinctive selling point if you're not expecting twins.

The seat units and carrycot are genuinely well finished — supportive padding, easy-clean fabrics, and a smooth ride from the suspension — which is where a large chunk of the roughly £1,550 price tag goes. It's best for parents who want one pushchair to grow with an expanding family without buying twice, and who are prepared to pay a premium for the styling and build quality iCandy is known for. The one real limitation is price: at this level you're competing with a small car's worth of nursery budget, and unlike the all-terrain Nipper Double, the Peach 7's wheels and ride are tuned for pavements and shopping centres rather than off-road use.
